4.1. When visiting the website
Description and scope of processing
Each time our website is accessed, our system - the web server - automatically collects information from the system of the accessing computer or the user's end device.
The following personal data are collected by us:
Purpose of data processing
The temporary storage of the user's IP address by our system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must necessarily be stored for the duration of use. The above-mentioned data is stored in the log files to ensure the functionality of our website. We also use this data to optimise the website and ensure the security of our information technology systems (e.g. to detect attacks). The data is not analysed for marketing purposes in this context.
Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for data processing for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). The legitimate interest is the provision of technical services when accessing the website, as well as the optimisation of our website for our website visitors.
Duration of storage
The above-mentioned data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after 7 days at the latest. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case, the user's IP address is deleted or anonymised by us so that it is no longer possible to identify the accessing client and the data contained can no longer be linked to a specific person.
4.2. When using our contact form for business partners

For personal data that you provide to us voluntarily, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) is the legal basis. You can withdrawal your consent at any time and without giving reasons with effect for the future.
